Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, client portal, and consulting services (collectively, the "Services") provided by The Grove Collective ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services are intended for students pursuing secondary or post-secondary education and the parents or guardians supporting them. Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian consent to and remain involved in the engagement.

We provide personalized admissions strategy, essay coaching, interview preparation, and related advisory services. Our work is collaborative and depends on timely, accurate participation from the student and family. We do not guarantee admission to, or financial aid from, any institution.

• You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You may not share your account with anyone outside your immediate family.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or jeopardize the integrity of the platform.

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Use the Services to fabricate credentials, impersonate another person, or misrepresent authorship in an application.
• Interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Services.

Our AI Studio provides feedback and suggestions to support your process. AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed critically. You are responsible for the final content of any application, essay, or communication you submit to an institution. Submitting AI-generated content as your own original work may violate the policies of the institutions to which you apply.

Fees for consulting packages are described in your engagement letter or statement of work. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

The Grove Collective retains all rights in our methodology, templates, frameworks, and platform. You retain ownership of the essays, documents, and other original work you create. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Services.

We treat information you share with your counselor as confidential and use it only to deliver our services. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal information.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Admissions outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Grove Collective and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising out of or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the engagement in accordance with the terms of the engagement letter. We may suspend or terminate access to the portal if we believe you have violated these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Grove Collective is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the portal or by email. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
