Portal Access
Portal access is free for every student.
Not a trial, not a tier, not something bundled into a package. Any student can create an account and use the portal — whether or not they ever work with us directly. Parents get their own view alongside it.
What portal access includes

- One page with what matters this week — nothing else competing for attention.
- Timeline & Milestones
- Every deadline in list, board, calendar, and Gantt views, with reminders.
- Student DNA
- Strengths, interests, and values, mapped and revisited over time.
- Growth
- A quiet record of how self-awareness, skills, and direction develop.
- College Fit & List
- Researched school lists with a balance check across likely, target, and reach.
- Documents
- A private vault for essays, transcripts, resumes, and recommendations.
- The Tool Library
- The GPA calculator, summer program database, and university explorer.
- Parent View
- A separate parent login showing progress, accomplishments, and what comes next.
How to enroll
- 01
Create an account
Go to the portal sign-in page and register with an email address. There is no cost and no card required.
- 02
Complete the family profile
A short intake covering the student's basics, academics, interests, and goals. It takes about ten minutes and can be saved partway through.
- 03
Invite a parent
From Family Access inside the portal, add a parent or guardian's email. When they sign in with that address, their parent view appears automatically.
- 04
Start using it
Milestones and a timeline are set up for you. If you are working with us, your counselor adds to it as your plan takes shape.
What to expect
Free means free
Portal access is not tied to an engagement, a subscription, or a minimum. Advising is what we charge for; the tools are not.
Private by default
A student's documents and reflections are visible only to that student, their linked parents, and their counselor.
Parents see progress, not everything
The parent view shows accomplishments, milestones, upcoming deadlines, and growth — not private drafts or personal notes.
Under 18 requires a guardian
Students under eighteen need a parent or guardian to consent before participating in the community areas.
